Future of already buffed but bad champions?

So as you may know kabam are planing to buff every bad champion in game to become decent/usable however what will happen to a champion like sentry who already was buffed but still is a bad champion? I'm sorry if this has been discussed before my post

They probably wont get buffed again until everybody has had their turn at getting buffed.

Some of the overhauled or re-worked champs (DDHK or YJ) could easily get value-only adjustments before too long. I imagine there's not a ton of champs that fall into the value-only category, especially considering that MM and Terrax were released less than a year ago and already got buffed.

However, I think there's still enough champs to get an initial buff that we wouldn't start seeing second buffs for at least a year. After that, I think we could start seeing overhauled champs get a secondary, value-only buff as soon as 8-10 months later.
