I see recently a lot vids and discussion regarding keeping Parry mastery
at Lv.1 instead of maxing because it effects more this way.
Some say parry is broken

Can someone maybe clarify or explain more about it?

    You're not wrong but the stun duration is not important, for actually better stun duration you want stupefy, and yes the real reason to max it is the damage reduction

    How big the damage reduction scales from Lv.1 to 3 ?
    has someone test it?
    Those 2 mastery points can assist a lot into other investments
