    I have my 5* Venom undupped for years and he rocks. My first r5, pulled me thru so much content, including 6.4 and GM recently. Beast for 3 Variants (XL, Villain, Spiderverse, so 2,5,6 I believe).

    He doesn't really need his awakening. He gets a lil extra attack and more buffs at the start. Its nice sure but not needed, especially the attack bonus is negligible at low sig. Can't remember how high it gets tho

    Venom is a very safe rankup if you have almost any Variants to do. His kit is just very useful in general.

    Venoms sig only affects Buff Potency and number of them at the start. Potency is 5.08% higher at sig 1 and 20% at sig 200.
