Odin gauntlet quest bug

I used my feather it as soon as the event started on the first tier. After that I realized I should have bought the first 5 caskets first. After completing tier 1 quest I purchased the caskets and nothing changed once I got the second feather. Now it is showing tier 2 and tier 3 for the available quest. Since I have purchased the first 5 caskets, shouldn’t I have access to at least tier 5?
