    Mine is still locked at challenge 5, mission 6 should be unlocked alredy

    Your's is one of the easier issues, your pic shows you never bought Casket 1 (only 2-5).
    So buy #1 and then Tier-6 quest will be available.

    (it's “how many” caskets you buy, not “which” caskets)

    The Horns (in Inventory) is just an indicator for how many Caskets you have purchased in Store. Can’t actually do anything with them.
    And should indicate up to what Tier of quests you should be able to run.
    5x Horns == ability to run Tier-6 quest (choice between Tier 5/6)
    6x Horns == choice between Tiers 6/7... etc.

    I tried tier 6 and can't win already, so does this mean I cannot buy casket 6 and basically am stuck farming for items on tier 5 only?

    You need to win Tier 6 once to unlock the COAW (casket).

    I've gotten another issue where I bought a tier 7 casket and I never received my 5* crystal
