mephisto special 1

it says mephisto consumes 1 persistant charge for every special 1 he launches...fighting against ai, he never loses any persistant charge....working as intended? needs answer plz mod...

He needs to hit you in order to consume a charge

ah i c...by hit u mean the first hit or the second hit...got blasted sometimes with the first hit and pers charge stays
