    This seems like a major improvement to the previous reckless strategy of ranking up champs based entirely on their buff announcements, only to find out that the buffs are disappointing. Instead, we could randomly pick a sucky champ to rank out of fifty or more, and hope that it gets buffed shortly after and is also actually good.
