Not triggering Unstoppable Tier 10 Odin

Can anyone please explain why the unstoppable didnt trigger on either Champion here? It should trigger on attacker when away from defender. Even if slow is applied , unstoppable still triggers, that's how it has always been.

But in this fight it conveniently doesnt. So what is going on here?

    Same with me using the red guardian, and I didn't even use S1 to apply slow.

    Red Guardian can't gain ANY buffs.
    He can't proc unstoppable on himself

    That's how the game works. It isn't a bug. Use a champ who doesn't affect it if you don't want this to happen
