I tested out the buffed version, and it's good. Easily built 50 furies and 20 armor breaks. 12K mediums, 7K lights. Not groundbreaking but good. Definitely not a nerf.

Lol do you even read my comment , suppression is a debuff reduce combat power rate, shortly alternative way to control power, also saying howard suck because there're limber and stun immune like saying AA suck because there are many champs that are immune to bleed and poison, there are always weakness in them, even quake and ghost can't escape that

After further review, I apologize. You are right, he doesn’t power drain, or power lock. I’m sorry for not realizing this. I’ll put him in trash tier with the other non power control champs like ghost
