Immortal hulk self damage bug

Just ranked 5 him, tried abit against winter soldier. His self damage from rage triggers his immortality. As the ability states, rage damane cant knock him out and immortality triggers when knockout damage is dealt.

He cant be knocked out by his self dmg while immortality can't be activated. He can still trigger immortality though.
