    Awakened Nick Fury. Probably even a 3 star can out-damage the regeneration with the bleeds.

    Yondu can do it with sp1 spam. Naturally it's a 20 second healblock, but if enemy is under the effects of a regeneration buff, the duration is doubled. I used my 3/45 for Wolvie. Took around 250 hits

    Guillotine 2099 could probably do it, with the ramp up damage and heal reversal on sp2. Also human torch can reverse healing, so he can do it.

    G99 didn't exist at this time.
