considering my roster, and thnx to the aw rewards I can now r4 either vtd,symbiote supreme or gwenpool..so who do I r4?

Sym supreme will do more for your roster. He completely shuts down anyone with a lot of buffs which is great utility to have on your roster especially since you already have some good damage dealers.
