Legends Rewards delayed?

I was wondering if legends run rewards have been delayed? An alliance member and I were announced in halls of legends

Yet we have not received the rewards. Originally I thought this was a standard delay, however I was told by someone in another alliance they were sent out on Friday.
I was wondering if there was a delay?
