**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Morningstar-Mephisto Synergy and vice versa

What is the point of Mephisto and Morningstar both having the Soul Seeker Unique Synergy if they don't stack. By doing that, it's doubling up for no reason as it only counts once but you need both for the synergy.zttqqm2i6px6.jpg4c8fq4jjw9d6.jpg

It’s saying if you have multiple morning star and multiple Mephisto you can’t start the fight with multiple souls or multiple bats of power.

Yes, but why put it as a synergy for each other on both of them. The only way to get their unique synergy is to have both of them in the team. So to give them both the same synergy is redundant, no?

    Any word on this?

Does anyone know if this results in +2 souls and +2 bars of power?

That doesn't sound right. It's probably just a waste of one of theirs but supposed to be worth it for the bonus?

It's a one off, it is on both characters because you need both to activate it. Basically

Mephisto gets +1 soul as a synergy
Morningstar +1 power bar as a synergy

They only show both on each because they are tied to each other. But since they are tied to each other they put the description in that the synergy can only happen 1x and not multiple times. It actually makes sense and isn't a waste of a spot at all for synergy.

Of course they are tied to each other. It's a "synergy". That's exactly my point. You can't have a synergy without both of them in your party, so the fact that both have an active synergy (blue color and not greyed out) but only 1 counts, means that it's a waste.

How is it a waste? Its how synergy works lol.

It's the only unique synergy in the game that is listed on both of the synergizing characters, so it is a wasted synergy slot on one of them that could have been used for something else.

Its an overpowered synergy what else do you want?

Consistency. It only needs to be on one of them, not both. Even if they don't replace it with a different synergy it is a wasted of data to have on both if nothing else.
  • nothing from Kabam on this? Every 4-star is supposed to have 3+ synergies, but between Mephisto and Morningstar they only have 5 total. One of them is missing a synergy.

There is nothing that is consistent in this game. Iceman gets incinerate damage in LOL, Blade doesn't trigger danger sense on Magik in LOL, this game is the most inconsistent game out there so I don't understand why you expect consistency?

I completely agree with you on that, but it doesn't mean that we shouldn't at least point things out the forum.

There is also a lack of consistency of moderators answering posts that really should be answered. When things like this that are 100% inconsistent to the rest of the game we should expect an explanation/answer.

I read that over and it sounds more harsh than intended. I wasn't meaning to slam the moderators but only to point out that issues like this really should have answers.
