Need timer for help option

We need timer details for "help" icon also like daily crystal and calendar on homescreen. so whenever help is ready we can go to directly on help section by clicking on it.

That's what clicking on that Red icon does, doesn’t it ?

Can't have any type of Timer on it, because how would the game know when your Ally mates are gonna ask for Help (from arena or energy) in the future ?

(if you are asking for an indicator for when YOUR OWN Energy Help is available to ask again, you can at least do that without actually going into a quest and running down your energy. Just click on top-row Energy Status indicator, and in there you can see when your next availability is, or even ask for Energy Help again **without even being in a running quest)
