I was using GUILLOTINE 2099 against Venom in the arena match. From what I know, the opponent will still get a power drain no matter whether it's blocking or stunned. Venom has a full sp3 and I give him an sp1 which should power drain him, but it doesn't. And get the sp3 from Venom. I don't see any nodes. Am I missing something here that I don't understand?

    Did you use your digi-souls?
    If so, then I believe the power drain only works if they are unused
    Same goes for the regen
