**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Assassin's range questions

I just bought units so I could open up Assassin's range level 4, now I only need level 5, but I can see that a lot of players think that it is not worth it (sorry for the English spelling).
My question is: When does this mastery activate?
Does it activate via debuffs or only attack?
And if the defender goes beneath 18% health during a SP, will Assassin's range kick in or not?

It activates the moment the opponents health drops to 18%. Doesn't matter how the opponents health got there.

Worth noting, a SP3 will do normal damage even if it would push them past 18%.

So Assassin's range is a bad investment compared to other masteries?

Also worth noting: with a multi-hit SP1, SP2 or heavy, if first hit(s) get enemy health <18%, subsequent hits in the SP/heavy will receive the Assassin bonus. Very useful when opponent is just above 18% health
