Relaxed requirements but very active group.
Solid core playing together for more than a year.
We run map 2 AQ to not lock heroes and be available for use for all new events. Worried about AQ points? We do 30 to 40m points per cycle. There is no big difference in glory points rewards until the 80m point mark is reached which at that point map 4 and map 5 would be required. This is the main reason we decided to alleviate the game pressure and stay with map 2s only. We used to run all map 4s almost all of last year (same group under a different but now disbanded alliance) and the difference in glory points per cycle were only around 200 - not enough for the headache for everyone. The only thing we ask is to help out and join the map 2 AQ, which will not lock heroes and still be available to use for events.
AW will be set to 3 bgs open to all. It's a no pressure setup. Place and attack with unused heroes. We suggest for everyone to join to get season rewards. Some players like to go all out in war, which by all means is fine as well.
The main goal is to enjoy the game. It's a game not a second job! 👊😅

There are a couple more spots. New event quest for September is coming up. If you enjoy events then you'll appreciate our setup.
Here's the new description:
Enjoy monthly events.
We added a map 4 to the AQ for our high levels.
No more AW. It will be on but only for participation and consolation rewards.
6 more needed. Got rid of dead weights.
Now doing 60m plus per AQ cycle even with only 2 map 2s and 1 map 4.
1 bg for AW continuously doing war still even without war mandate. Went up to silver 1.

Map 2 won't lock heroes so our members get to enjoy all other events and most have had the time to advance their accounts by being able to use their top heroes to do story quests and variants!
As for AW, it's all optional but we encourage everyone to join even with their any unused heroes. Great way to test out those heroes that you are thinking about upgrading.
