4-5 Gem?

I just completed V6, and the rewards were decent, I got a 5* Psycho Man (who I've had as a 6* for months) and a mystic 4-5 gem. I'm pretty torn on who to use the mystic gem on though

It's worth mentioning that this rankup will probably just be for fun and maybe help in 6.4
