Nick Fury Sp2

Guys just check and please let me know, I found Nick sp2 is no more causing stun, fought so many fights, yet no stuns by him..

Are you guys facing same issue.. Do let me know, thanks in advance

It's a 50% chance to stun and for every tactical charge you get a flat 10% extra chance. You just got unlucky
