NEED DESPERATE HELP WITH MASTERIES

So i have actually no clue on what i have done with my masteries (i looked once in the internet and found a suicide guied)

Im currently at the very start of act5

This is my roster: (planning on ranking AA G99 and CAIW next)

First of all, take a point out of recoil. Only use recoil if you use suicides. You loose 5% health each time you do a special. I would also take 2 points out of the mastery before "recovery", it only helps if you use 2* in my opinion.
All players use different setups, but I would go for despair, deep wounds and assassin's range if I was you.

I run suicides fulltime, but I would honostly tell you to only invest in them if you do a lot of arena. (Like 80 fights+ every round)
If you do not run the suicide masteries take recoil of and invest in despair and deep wounds.
Defence looks good, but you could take 2 from recovery and place it in either perfect block or stand your ground.

First part of attack seems solid enough.

Proficiencies is good as it is.

I have only unlocked the poison suicide (sorry for my english) with 30% attack boost, but I took it away 6 months ago due that a lot of my favourite champs need to ramp up via sp1 (recoil damage), and I will never put suicide back on. Not all players is aware that when you have a poison debuff, your regeneration is 30% less. That's a lot.

You should also take out the recoil mastery. It's only use is to give access to suicides (and a couple of champs that can negate the damage IE Magik). Honestly, I would look up a mastery vid on youtube. Only you know your playstyle and will get a better grasp on the game if you know why you pick each mastery (instead of just copying someone). Then you can switch up a few of them to fit your playstyle better.
