Arena changed or just me?

Did my first arena grind in a long time. I remember it used to be after 15 or 16 fights it would go from hard to medium or easy and stay like that during your streak. Now it seems like no matter what it just stays on hard difficulty ended up loosing my streak because of it

    People will probably say a different number but I find 21 to be safe to use your 3/30s and get easy fights.

    It’s been win 21 for as long as I can remember. Well over a year.

    I play every arena and from fight 10(thanos and kang teams) i start using 4 r4,r5...when i use them all i just wait to recharge and fo down from r5 to r4,r3... after fight 16 is safe for me to use r3 and 3*
