Missing Arena Milestone Rewards

Decided to grind arena to dupe my 4* Gambit for the ISO-8, but after claiming the rewards, the mutant ISO-8 I was expecting was nowhere to be seen (I don’t know about the other rewards as I didn’t pay attention to them). Tried restarting the game, but the problem remains. Not in my stash, not in my storage. Of course some would suggest that perhaps you don’t get ISO-8 from duping via arena but many in the past had done so, I managed to get ISO-8 this way for the previous rounds.

This is a basic champ arena it will only awaken the champ to +1 sig with no additional iso, gold or shards.
But the featured arenas got the issue.
