Beginner asking for suggestion

Here is my list of 3 and 4 star champs .Could you guys please suggest a upgrade priority for them.
(And yes I am very close to getting the guillotine 3* in the event quest)

Why u only have a 4 star and the rest 3 stars, did u sell all of your champs?
