If you’re over 10 temp HT cannot miss? Couple of occasions recently I’ve had champs evade HT when he’s over 10 - it may be some interaction I haven’t picked up or wondering if others have had similar?

    No it's because it's only a counter to miss, like falter and G2099 digi cloak. People can still evade you.
