AW Untouchable champs.... 3 missing?

So I clicked on the hashtag in the game that points to the Untouchable champions to check them out for the new season 27 stuff (these are champs that can evade or miss) and 3 are missing...
1st: Obvious miss here (no pun intended), the regular Ultron. He surely evades, he gets that evade charge every 7 seconds. The Labyrinth Ultron is there but regular Ultron is missing, maybe because of the recent buff it was missed?
2nd: Mister Negative. He's a new champ and likely was just missed with the new tag? 100% chance to evade when charging heavy attack w/ 1+ Light Energy
3rd: Elsa Bloodstone. In her description on Well Timed Blocks, it's says she has a 100% chance to evade when performing a Well-Timed block on basic attacks.
