After the v12 fiasco, a lot was made of instituting a beta testing group for future updates that could help potentially avoid further issues with the game.

My query is simple: is this still happening? It seems to a humble observer that a login issue that locks out roughly half of your user base could be easily identified by this process.

If beta testing fails to identify these potential issues... then why are we conducting these tests at all?

    Yeah they need to change the team.there are always plenty of bugs occur in every update even afte they tested by beta testers.1 bug can be understable as sometimes it happen but there are several bugs take place. definitely either lack of observing skills in beta testers or there are no beta testers for this only 2 or 3 ppl tested this.they have to look at this

    Pretty sure as bad as this was it was a one off and no amount of beta testing would have picked it up
