    level 60 is the required level to get enough inventory to r3 a 6* I think but with sigil, you can get enough inventory earlier.

    This person could also legit be a Thronebreaker and just sold all their 1*, 2*, 3* and maybe even 4* champs if they are an end game player who has no use for them. A few years ago I was thinking about quitting and sold 1,2,3 star champs to try and improve my 4* and 5* champs. My profile looked like a hack.
