Winter Soldier and Punisher

I don't know why both characters have the same high attack (holding right area of screen down), using guns for level 1 and level 2 attacks, and have the exact same level 3 attack. I'm requesting for more variety between the two characters since (to my knowledge) there are not two superheroes or supervillains with the same fighting style or moves. Thank you.

    Well they used to be almost identical. They were both updated a while back and now they are at least a little different. Same thing for Hulk and Abomination, originally they were almost identical before being updated. Also currently Cap Marvel and Ms Marvel and Cap Am and Cap WW2 are almost identical to each other.

    Punisher and winter soldier are not the only two characters with the same fighting styles, most of the older female characters have the same animations, abomination and juggernaut have the same animations, all the spidermen except stark have the same animations. It's nothing new, yes punisher and WS are the only champions with the same sp3 but considering punisher is a trophy champion it doesn't really matter

    hulk and abomb-same sp3
    Abomb and Drax-same sp1
    Ms Marvel- same everything
    OG Cap and WW2 Cap- same specials similar abillities

    There r a bunch others

    Both cyclops are the same
    Both magnetos are the same
    Both wolverines have the same specials
    Spiderman and Symbiote Spider are the same..

    Talk about milking.. List goes on

    Was shocked about that too. Thought they'd give Finisher something special.
