**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Summer of Pain Venom: Howard is the best option by far.

Easy fight. I used manual mash. I’m not sure how many debuffs auto gives you.

Manual is better cuz sometimes auto only gives 4 armor breaks.

Yep. I used manual. I usually get 5-7 armor breaks or fury. I could have used the sp2 for power suppression debuffs as well. Regardless this was a very easy fight.

How do u mash? Can u do it on left or right side? Or is it just left?

Left side. So as soon as I block I start heavy and then mash the left side of the screen.

Remember the node that does damage to the enemy each time you start to block so the strat was to spam block?

    That.

Yeah either him or Longshot are the best option. I say Howard because Longshot can go wrong with bad AI and Howard also gets the tech challenge

I like her as much as anyone, but Howard is far better in this fight. Plus he gets an extra milestone point.

Coward? The auto mash works fine though too. I used that with my 5r4 and did it in about 15 heavies.

Sym Sup and Longshot are also amazing for him. Spent only 1 40% Revive on both my R3 5*s.

I one shot venom with my 5r4 morningstar and it only took 4 sp2's

Starky does it in less hits, taunt for easy sp1 baiting and use no specials.

    HTD miles behind Starky.

HTD does it in fewer attacks, and the fight is far easier. Starky does have the extra spidey milestone which is nice.

How many hits did it take you? Because Swedeah needed 186 hits and over 3 minutes with Starky, as opposed to Howard’s 60 hits and just over 1 minute.

Venom shrugs the stun and because you don't have more than 6 debuffs on venom you take a dumptruck load of damage back. You'll just have decent damage.

Snap. Same for me. No specials or heavies, nothing fancy just repeatedly evading that sp1
