From my experience spinning has made my luck. I do k it’s down to luck but I’m just still feeling kinda undecided.

    Technically doesn't matter, once you put the crystal in the spinner or pop it the result is predetermined. I'd say pop just so that you don't get pissed that you rolled over something good.

    Pop everything - it's faster and you don't get annoyed by missing a good champion
