Passive parry from white magneto

When we use magneto white persistent charge ability ( passive parry ) for #hero&metal champs correct .
When we use this against hercules he is still immune to passive parry why?

Whenever he has one or more Feats of Strength, he becomes stun immune. When you try to stun him, he ignores it and loses a FOS. However, if that loss of FOS puts him at 0 FOS, he can be stunned again. That means that you can control the fight and the amount of FOS he has by parrying him every now and again, as long as you are ready for his stun immunity. If you are good at reparrying or simply dash back and parry him again, you can also stun him eventually if you need to. Just keep in mind that he'll gain power every time he resists a stun.
But I found that parrying him was a good way to keep him from getting too many Feats of Strength at any one time. If he does, he hits insanely hard.
