Hulkbuster bugged??

I have noticed that my Hulkbuster does not activate his self repair buff when his health goes down to 15%. It is happening in AQ, arena fights and also normal fights in quests without any nodes. My hulkbuster was not stunned and was not affected by any nodes.

    Hm, it works fine for me. Could just be that I'm simply not personally affected, but do you remember the specific fight circumstances it has happened in? I know there are Doom Bots (or are there Ultron Drones? I can never separate the two) that places an automatic heal block on you, and champions like Magneto and Warlock cancels out any healing you might have otherwise gotten.

    Given that you've had problems in so many areas, though, it does seem like something is a bit fishy.
