Game chat is not working

I can't able to chat in global, my message is not displaying in global chat and even in alliance chat. What can i do.

Hey @Anup191, if you're having trouble using the in-game Chat function, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below.

If those steps don't resolve the issue, it's possible you're unable to use the in-game Chat as a result of having received a temporary or permanent Chat ban.
