Why is CapIW not metal and Vision is?

So captain infinity war does not get magnetized by magneto. The logic is that vibranium is a special metal and his shields are vibranium.
Idk about the comics, but in the movies at least, Vision AOU was pure vibranium. So why does vision AOU get magnetized?

This is because Cap IW is a super soldier. His main strength is his will power, stamina and raw strength. The shield is just his toy.

So black panther cw and killmonger aren’t metal tagged but vision aou is?

To have too many champions of metal is a very bad idea because it means it would overpower Magneto and so underpower them. It also also means to allow Magneto to be unstoppable on the quests.
Magneto is already powerful enough. Do you really want to see him nerfed like Scarlet and Strange???

Viz is a "robot". Seems obvious

Cap can drop his shield (metal - although vibranium tends not to be considered metal in the game, vision exception or wtvr) if vision dropped his metal, there would be no vision

The OP has a fair argument, on its face. Let's drill a little deeper.
If Vision has a vibranium exoskeleton, Magneto could not magnetize that. Correct.
But that would not protect any of the metal parts inside that are not vibranium. The wires. Any welding. Any metal on circuitry boards. Screws. Nuts. Bolts.
All it would take is for 1 metal component not to be made of vibranium. That is all Magneto needs to destroy Vision's body internally.

The simplest answer? Vision has had numerous bodies. Maybe the MCOC version isn't vibranium. 🤷

    This probably explains it

Vision isn’t pure vibranium, he’d have to have some sort of internal technology to even function and process things. Vibranium isn’t a replacement for all that. That’s probably why he’s metal.

True... this is the only reasonable explanation i guess

Drop your shield and magneto will throw it through your heart 😂

According to comics Vibranium can not be magnetised.

If every champions is metal the game will be Marvel: Magneto's Contest. Magneto is already great the way he is now. If Cap IW is count as metal, the community will riot for sure. Also, Vision is in the robot class so technically he got a metal at some other parts that is not vibranium.
