War Machine's armor break unable to heal block in Cavalier quest 2.1

Nodes in Cavalier quest 2.1 should give Tech attackers with armor break to heal block defenders. I have no issue when I used Warlock, IMIW and Hulkbuster. But when it came to War Machine's special 2, there are no heal block at all. Since there are no heal block, it means my war machine cannot gain health on Infectious Wrath as well. So is this issue a bug?
