I have enough mystic T4cc to rank someone up. Shud i rank up a duped 4* magic or a nonduped 5* magic? Or shud I wait for a different mystic?

    i had the same dilemma this week. i went for the 5*

    If you need a duped one right now, then the 4*, but if your in the position of long term usage then I would invest in the 5*
