    What sig level is cap and how high can you get him?

    Well if you can't get him to sig 200 yet than go apoc. Good luck with getting cap to sig 200 and when you finally to rank 4 him.

    cap was just duped bringing him to sig 20. but yeah definitely ranking him when I got him at sig 100
