**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

I would just like to thank all the moderators for keeping the forums civilized and for actually taking time to read the forums and look at people's request unlike most companies. Thank you.

In fact more forum members will be happy to thank the moderators as well as the developers if many of the actual issues/problems are attended, recognized, worked on, resolved and published the end result for announcements.
In the meantime, if they indeed do the job, perhaps this post maybe considered spam and deleted, or maybe considered nothing more to follow-up and be closed?
I'm serious
People criticize the Mods for a ton of stuff that is them just doing their job.....they only answer the questions that they are allowed to answer....they make deletions based on the standards laid down by their bosses.....they only give us new information when they have been given permission....etc.
Make no mistake....I am very salty in regards to Kabam and all the **** that has occured with the game this year.
But to get pissed off at the Mods is the equivalent of screaming at a cashier at McDonald's because they do not sell tacos....you are getting angry at someone about decisions that they have no control over.
Sorry but anyone who has worked in retail knows that "YOU" the salesman/The cashier/etc. are the face of the company. You may not make all the decisions yourself but make no mistake you DO represent the company fully to the people who only have access to you. Customer Service 101. The moderators are the liaisons at least between players and kabam. Moderators have "control" of communication to and from the community. Or should at least.
Also, it is a tough business model. If McDonalds applied the same, you'd go into Micky Dee's and order a "meal" at full price in which you would receive a random combo with no guarantees you'll like it. In fact, typically, for full combo price you'd likely only get a small packet of ketchup 99.9% of the time.
Playing MCOC is gambling. Some win and some lose and get angry and the odds are ALWAYS with the house.
