    Yes same issues throughout all fight's in monthly EQ and arenas.. didn't saw it in AW and AQ.... It's completely annoying with a bright light focusing on the opponents in the corner unable to predict his Move..

    Dude was totally wondering what they glow was! Thought it was just some sort of buffer special or something!

    Was happening last month , mostly with Hawkeye after his L1, but I’ve noticed this month the brightness happens to all champs.
