In search for an active alliance

I’m an almost level 60 active player but I’m stuck in an alliance that the game picked for me when I started almost two years ago and they is only like three active players . I’ve managed to rank up a lot of champs but seems like I’ve capped out in my current alliance and with out better rewards I cannot get where I’d like to be . Please help?! I have like 20 five star rank 3s and excellent skill and understanding of game mechanics so I really wanna just progress. Thank you!
