Which variant should I do first?

I became cavalier

few weeks back but now I find rest of act 6 too hard. So I want to focus on variants. I am posting images of my roster. Any help will be appreciated

Do V6, you have Venom, Mole Man, iAbom and Ghost who are all great at clearing lanes in that variant.
