Each charge gives 7% chance to evade. When it's unblockable you get +550% of 7 which is 38.5 = a total of 45.8 %. Meaning with each charge you need 3 to be able to fully evade an unblockable special. Gwen starts the fight with 1 charge, so you have to use 2 Sp1's to fully evade an unblockable special.
Tell me, which part of that is wrong? And if it's not, tell me which is better:
An ability that is always active from the start of the fight or one that needs 2 sp1s to get to?
First one misses, second one gets hit, fourth ones get evaded.
Defender is: Iron Man
Nodes are: cosmic wrath, energised, enhanced special 2, special 2 bias.
Quest mode is: Back Issue 7, variant difficulty; chapter 3.1
In all honesty, recreating won't be hard, I found it harder to find a fight where it does work.
As far as I can tell, it works when unblockable is part of the defenders base kit.
Tested on same path, v7 3.1, enhanced special 2.
Works through multiple specials on Iron Man, worked through first 2 or 3 specials on Cable, applied rupture/taunt with heavy, then didn't work on that special.
Same fight. Not related to taunt or rupture, seems I just got lucky.
Unblockable fails the first time in fight, ran same fights with Spidergwen who evades unblockable no problem.
Looks like it boils down to it being an enhanced special attack and only the first hit being unblockable.
Would like some clarification on if it's working as intended because Spidergwen can evade the whole special, when she only increases the chance against unblockable special attacks.
Enhanced special one is not an unblockable special attack, outside of the first hit; so if the mechanic works that way for Spidergwen it would be nice for Miles to work that way too?
Any updates?
Miles will not work the same way as Gwen's unblockable evades? If so, is there any way to put forward the idea to work the same way -- Miles currently doesn't have a ton of utility so this extra mechanic would be a nice touch but by no means game-breaking as Gwen already does it (with extra utility; slow, enervate etc).
