    He’s slightly over 2 bars of power and using his special 2, not talking about the redlining node, same thing is happening to me, I know I have more than exactly 2 bars of power and use my special 2 and languor kills me

    There is a node called redlining which drain your Power bar if it reaches 75%, the languor kicks in.

    1 Pro tip - use champs other than mutant against she hulk that have guaranteed stun on lvl 1. You have increased power rate above 1 bar and you can stun lock she hulk.

    You have to use it precisely the moment you hit 2 bars of power, not a millimeter above it. If you're about to hit 2 bars of power, use light attacks to give yourself less power
