**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Kabam shuts down the servers temporarily ... say ... for a month, dedicating itself, exclusively, to reviewing the programming and fixing all the bugs, testing the gaming system until all the problems have been fixed.
For the summoners it could serve as a rest, missing the game and returning with more energy and desire to play, with the assurance that we will have an already improved product.
Let's see it as a "closed for remodeling" ...
Would it be a definitive solution to the lack of time and the difficulty of running the game and checking bugs at the same time?
I wouldn't mind waiting to receive a game that I love, and that has already been corrected.

You no longer have a wart, but you have a much bigger problem.
Speaking as a business owner...if you close for a month (or even a week in some cases), and there is anything comparable to what you offer, then you should just close the doors forever.
There's a reason stores/restaurants etc., schedule maintenance/renovations/remodeling for off-business hours.
Unfortunately for Kabam, there are no "off-business" hours.
We play on a live server. The version of the game we play isn't being worked on in real time technically. There are server side things that they do, like maintenance or emergency maintenance but if there is something that can't be fixed on the server side, they make something called a patch which is an actual version update. We're on version 1174885" or 32.2.1. The 2.1 are the 2 hotfixes they've pushed out since V32 was released.
They are finalizing or testing V33 right now for Octobers release. That release is being worked on in a Dev environment that doesn't live on the live servers that we play on. Shutting down the game would have zero effect on fixing anything faster because they are already working on that behind the scenes constantly. it won't get the results that you think it would get at all. Kabam would lose a great majority of their player-base if they shut down for a month for sure. And for real this time, not some empty threat from forum posters.
Making a game that's stable for the amount of devices that this game can be played on isn't an easy task. They have to take into account the performance of all those devices in how this game is used. My device acts differently than someone using a Samsung S20 Ultra. Kabam has to account for that.
Even then, this game won't ever be free of bugs. It's a near impossibility at this point. In fact, I don't know of a single game i've ever played where there isn't a bug or 50. You all need to realize that there will always be bugs present in this game and any game that you play.
