Should I upgrade my 4* doctor doom?

I pulled a doom from a nexus, I have a r5 4star venom the duck that needs to lvl up and I have a 5* nebula at r1 lvl 7. I am currently on act 4 so should I get doom to r2 or 3. Or should I upgrade nebula or venom the duck. None of them are duped.

    As much as I love Venom, that Doom will do more for you exploring and clearing act 4 and 5 than Venom will.
