5* iron fist sometimes not stacking breaks

Only sometimes it’s weird. Rank 4 level 55 5*.

The 4* seems to stack them fine. Anybody else having this happen?

    Same thing with 4* version. And even when stacking, no effect for AB x3 or x4. Same damage no difference.

    He has a percent chance to stack them so it doesn’t always stack
