  Disagree with the uncollected requirement. For a t4 anyone should be able to play. You aren't going to get through the quest if you aren't big enough and if you are then you aught to he able to fight for it. It also should be a possibility to trigger the drop of a full like in the current cat quests.

  Guys t4cc are rare and have to be rare,t1-3 cats are on daily quests because we should be able to rank up many heroes up to 3/30 or 2/35 before deciding the special ones that will get to higher ranks.Also another reason for them being in daily quests,is because only the low ranked players play map1-2 to get them..so there has to be a way to get them.Before anyone says t4b are on daily you know already they are 1.5 days and not 1 day as the rest plus you can hardly get 1/10 of a t4b for 100% completion.
  
  Only thing that could be fair is maybe a t1a event like the t4b one...and i am not even sure if that's needed.
  
  And for the record thats from a player yet to get a 5/50 or 3/45 champ!
