Double charged for 9/1 Thronebreaker card
I'm not sure how common it is, but I was double charged for the 9/1 Thronebreaker T3A/T6B selector card. I've verified it was a double charge in two ways:
1. The card was only designed to be purchased once
2. There are two charges in my iPhone purchase history and Paypal/Bank statements
It wouldn't be a big deal, if I'd received two of the card-it was one of the better deals, but I didn't. Now I'm caught in a bit of a dilemma. Normally, you can just refund a double charge from any other vendor, and you'll be taken care of. However, if I do that to this bundle, I'll get that Contest Credits bundle, and my account is essentially useless until I pay the charge, and am still double charged. Has anybody else been double charged for a deal?
Oh and before anybody says I should contact support-I have, 5 times now, and they close the ticket immediately every time, despite me providing screenshot proof that I was double charged. They're not even replying to the tickets anymore, just closing them as soon as they see them.
