Feels to me like areas of her kit have been nerfed, other areas have been buffed. It depends on what you want in the character - but overall I would say I believe it is a *small* buff to the character, in general.

She IS a part of Marvel now. They work with them, quite closely I might add. Just clarifying.

The fact that I can sit here and say that I preferred her pre-buff, and that I’m not alone in that statement, is ridiculous. Especially because she wasn’t good pre-buff. Her original mediocre state was better than this because she had a unique sp3. With that gone, her sustainability nerfed into oblivion, and her base bleed damage and chance reduced, what are we even doing here?

My rank 1 6* pre buff finished ROL WS in 50 hits.. now it’s well over 100 hits.

I even find her base damage harder to access and ramp.. crit less often cause you can’t get as many souls, less Crit bleeds.. inconvenient requirement to heavy soam..

Extremely disappointing.. I was stoked to use a rank gem and a bunch of expiring iso now I have to find another option

I haven't used her for years; I used her to beat RoL Wolvie back in the day and haven't had any use for her since then.

Strangely, I pulled her as a 6* today but, it looks like she's less useful than she was before. I expect there will be some objective where you need to beat champs 100 times using her.

There's been a New Trend with these Recent Buffs that's Confusing and Scaring me, they keep Changing Basic Abilities to make them more Complicated And Weaker Versions of the Originals for No Reason...
Instead of the 50% Bleed Chance with Solid Damage, they reduce the Bleed Chance to 35% just so it can be increased in Buff Matchups then Weakened the Bleeds so that the Attack Boost from her Souls can increase the Damage back to what it was... As well that Damage Boost per Soul came at the Cost of the Increased Crit Damage Per Soul on her Original Kit which also Weakens the Purgatory Crit Bleed Synergy, so they just shuffled stuff around to make it More Complicated and Comparatively Weaker in General Matchup.

She's Ok right now but Comparatively to her Original State Everything is Worse, the Only Solid Addition was Rupture against Bleed Immunes which fixed one of her major issues but at the cost of all the other changes...
Legit all they had to do if they couldn't be bothered with an Actual Overhaul (which wasn't supposed to be an issue anymore since they Reduced the Buffs per Month to 2 to allow more Close Detail and Work on said 2 Champions) was simply take All of her Unique Synergies with the other Champions and slap them on her Base with the Added Rupture Mechanic, albeit she'd still have little to no Utility but that would've been better than Weakening and Complicating all of her Abilities.

My issue with the guillotine buff, is that theirs nothing special about her, her kit doesn't bring much utility. It's like kabam used the community vote to buff her as an excuse to make her a vanilla dps. It's odd that people were right, but community should've gone Ant-Man. I thought kabam would've made guillotine cool/fun to play. Hopefully enough negative feedback is sent that they decide to go back to the drawing board.

One thing that I think should be pointed out is that, while it is unfortunate that she lost her sp3 damage as well as her healing potential, just putting those on her updated kit wouldn’t fix the other problems she has. She still has little utility, and it also wouldn’t have any effect on the problems that people have pointed out about her ramp up. While it would be nice to have those aspects of pre-buff Guillotine back, she’d still need more work done to make her a viable option for more content.

All you have to do on all of these buffs is make ONE unique ability.....see Panthers might, Magnetism, Collosus hitting harder as builds Armor, Angela debuff immunity etc.....

The last few buffs they are trying to reinvent the wheel OR reword the character descriptions and do nothing (Gully)...even with someone like Venom pool who is leaps and bounds better.....still goofed it up because wayyyy too much is going on.

Is it that hard to make Gully do some mega bleed damage and regens maybe 1/4 of what you cause in bleeds....done

Thor Rags.....right before you are about to die....Bam, huge ⚡ bolt and you hit 10x harder and get indestructible....

Make Hulk ACTUALLY smash something.

I feel like they got it right in the beginning and then got ahead of themselves....Magneto destroys metal....Collosus gets stronger as Armor goes up....Keep it simple and all these terrible buffs get done and done right. Just my 2 cents

She's been ruined. Bleeds don't proc, regen sucks. The recent "buffs" will only make her and Thorrag more annoying for kabam to use in EQ. Not worth the catalysts unless you hunting prestige on Thor. That's all the last few have been. EQ buffs.
If I had ranked mine up, I'd be pretty pissed.

I tried her out on WS and damn she is so bad. I seriously want a rank down ticket and my sig stones back for my r4 Guillitione. I had her at r4 forever and invested a good number of sigs into her when I was still running her with Ronin for my Act 6 exploration. Really glad now that I never took her up to r5.

She is now only useful in heal reversal situation. Also there is now many champ, which heal can't be reverse.
